I need to start it before I can finish it lol. Joe said hes happy as long as he can can test the car before the end of the year.

What's the thickness or height of the black parts with holes around the cylinders ?
Do they go deep down the block?

By first looking on my phone i did not realized that it's not an ecotec engine.... I thought it was some kind of liners reinforcement installed

Joe, once the engine is plumbed in and operational, let's go and play!
It's looking lush though!

Don't forget, you need to get me a clam! I will collect this time!

....What's left to do after the engine rebuild and installation?

Once the engine is here just need to put it all back together! So I’m hoping end of feb to be up and running

Exhaust will require a bit of tinkering as I want to add an additional backbox

But yeah I can’t wait to get back on track!
