Watching with interest, but I recall reading once about special inserts made for the K20A head to actually reduce port size and so speed up the gas flow into the engine for more power. Will try if I can find that, but it can be old info.
(but for NA power, don't just hog out the ports... )

Vocky has done some lovely research to port and polish in all the good areas and avoid the bad. If it doesn't make any power then will bolt a charger on
I know a man with a nice Jackson charger for sale.

The K20 is difficult to improve I hope it all goes well, a friend of mine took a DC5 integra to a local "tuners" and they bolted a load of parts on, rebuilt it with high compression pistons and a big valve head with cams and when he took it to get mapped it produced less power. Honda did a very good job of these engines but forced induction makes everything better
