The K20 is difficult to improve I hope it all goes well, a friend of mine took a DC5 integra to a local "tuners" and they bolted a load of parts on, rebuilt it with high compression pistons and a big valve head with cams and when he took it to get mapped it produced less power. Honda did a very good job of these engines but forced induction makes everything better
Do your research well for improving the K20A head... It flows very well in stock form

Only thing that's stopped me doing a trackday was self-inflicted (well, now I think about it, you were responsible for that too). Major league hangover.

You see, that's just urban legend. What I said was "it's the tea's", the spunk shot filled tea pot and tea cups amongst about 20 bottles of cider was not a good combo. Thank god for the nice stomach settling digestif sambuca shots at the end of the night, gawd knows what state I'd have been in without them.

Polish that exhaust side joe!

Yeah but it's shiney so it must do something!
I've always done it and it does get the coating of soot but I still do it. Must be a habit.
