Came across this today, K20 engine with serial rotrex compound charging, may be of interest to you:

http://www.k20a.org/...hp/t-86410.html

It's nicely in depth and the guy seems to run an auto-engineering company from what I've read, so likely to be good info. Seems to be making 500 to 600 WHP from looking at the dynos - you might need some more rear rubber!

Have you ever seen the turbo & S/C which is all combined into a single unit on the S65? Very tight packaging and quite novel, although the log manifold looks horrendous for flow.

got a few minutes, so wrapped the U bend that vocky modified for me, so the smalled flexi i could buy to take up the space, so it will now fit my existing modified 2bular backbox. Also added a extra lambda bung for wide band when mapping

Engine bay looks fantastic. Which ITB set up is it Joe? Looks to fit nicely? And have you now got an RRC manifold you no longer need? Dan

All around the left tail pipe then! :D All that heat is being channelled along and out of that pipe, its got to go somewhere.

I have just a few mm clearance on my tailpipe (which barely fits as it's 3.5" and hence super close to the g/f) and don't seem to get any clam melting issues (so long as it's not touching the clam itself). There is terrific turbulence around there so long as you're doing 10 MPH+
