Anyways.. my toe link brackets where minging so ordered new ones from eliseparts

After cutting all the bolts off.... realised the brackets where different sizes... we all know what that means though! My toe links wont fit these lol so will give Elise parts a call tomorrow and hopefully just get them to send em some new joints.

But I thought I would try the new brace bar to make sure it fits (it is upside down but its gotta come off anyway!)

Made some plates out of stainless to help hold the backbox up as it wobbles a little bit so fitted one of these either side

Is that a joke about the brace bar being upside?... don’t really see what difference it would make... :lol:

Another small update.. my new itg stab122xl air filter turned up.. good for 600bhp so it will have a easy life with me :lol:

So it turned out my toe link kit was actually Elise shop.. as I had already changed to Elise parts toe link brackets as the old ones wherent stainless (thanks Elise shop....) I spoke to EP and they sorted me out with a new kit :wub:

My injectors finally turned up today, which is good! £45 import tax though....

Air filter was mounted aswell. So all thats left to do is:

Add 0.5l more Gearbox oil
Injector wiring
Throttle bodies
Intake box and pipe work
Throttle cable
Undertray

Remap
Geo

Rear clam
Diffuser
Good clean!

So not much left at all really. Mainly just waiting on one part that stops a lot of other bits being fitted!

I can do when a do a set of toe links over the next week or two You will have a problem with it hitting exhaust though

I think Nitron do one for the vx but not sure. I can't see it's needed apart from added shiny and weight. Joe really is like a Magpie.
