Ha I spent a full day trying to get a thinner pipe through the existing one... ain’t happening!!!

I’m hoping it will be fine now until after the house move then I can chop the old pipe out in sections and feed a new hose in

 

Physics say it should be possible, but probably needs lots of lube to slide through (...)

And better pull than push, but you'lll figure something out.

The engine has started to drink alot of oil which is bad news, but will just be topped up now until i can rebuild it (probably at winter)

I don’t bud bit of a story behind it.. miss’s wanted go pro for scuba diving dropped my mount and attachment behind pax seat... didn’t tell me.. I get to the track and realise I don’t have my mount that I never remove from car. Ella tells me at 5pm when I’m driving back to hotel “oh yeah.. that’s behind your seat”

The video would have basically been the same if Hamilton was driving, basically if I couldn’t catch anyone then this was down to no power

never used to drink oil though until the last 2 trackdays

If it makes you feel better my (rover) k-series engine can use a litre of oil over the course of a track day. It’s pretty normal (apparently) and widely attributed to the forged pistons. Maybe just a feature of the pistons and high revs??
