For Sale... Audi A4 Avant

My daily driver black Audi A4 Avant SE - Quattro. 2.0TDI 170bhp

Full black leather interior, and the all important Bose speaker system - which sounds fantastic.

MoT until March 2016

The car can be viewed in Dunchurch, Warwickshire (CV22).

·         (M6, Junction 1 – Rugby and M1, Junction 20 - Lutterworth)

I've owned this car for 3 years (and 76k miles) - and it's been 100% reliable. It struggled to start a year or so ago (winter time), so I replaced the battery - and have had no problems at all since.

I've also replaced the rear windscreen wiper motor and arm (common failure), but other than that - it's been a dream to own.

It drives superbly, with no knocks, rattles or noises. It's quiet, relaxing (not at all like the VXT!) and everything works perfectly.

 • Cruise Control
 • Dual zone Climate Control
 • Front and Rear Electric windows
 • Tilt and Slide Electric Sunroof
 • Concert Radio with single CD disc
 • Full black leather
 • Bose speaker system
 • 2 keys
 • Full remote central locking
 • Isofix front and rear (not drivers seat!!)
 •

It's an SE model - and the main upgrades on the standard spec are the four wheel drive Quattro system, leather, Bose, sunroof and Cruise control.

I can confirm that the Quattro system is fantastic and CAN get you to an airport on time - in very heavy snow! It also works perfectly when you decide to be an idiot and park in a massively muddy field!

Bluetooth was fitted once upon a time, but it was a cheap after-market kit that ultimately failed, and caused the stereo to not work to it's full potential.

Overall mileage is 176,000 - which seems like a lot, but certainly all of the miles I've put on the car have been nice easy motorway miles, and for it to rack up 100,000 in the five years (before I bought it), I presume that those miles were motorway miles too.

There's a dent in the boot lid, across the middle of the Audi badge (quotes of circa £300 to repair) and small scratch on the front wing, and a light scuff on the front bumper. It's by no means in A1 condition, but it's not at all bad considering its age.

The tyres are in good condition, with one only a month old (awkward puncture!), and three replaced last year (20k miles ago).

It has a regular service history - but is due a cambelt change in 3,000 miles. If the asking price is achieved, I'm happy to have the cam belt and water pump changed at my expense.

The car is filthy at the moment, so photos to follow soon (I've only just bought a newer car, so haven't had chance to clean the car yet - but thought I'd start early with the listing).

If you're interested, message me, and I'll nip out and take a couple of shots of the car in my work car park!

Many thanks for looking!

Whoops! Sorry - That's rushing to get out of the door for breakfast!

It's black, 2006 56 plate (Thought I'd put that in - but I'm writing two listings at once! Sorry!).

£3,400.

Thanks!

There's slight bit of damage to the interior - around one of the air vents. It was there when I bought the car - and I'm assuming it was due to a leaking air-freshener or similar. See below...
