A real shot in the dark here.
Fuel pipe inside pumphousing has a small hairline crack that requires a small amount of time to build up pressure to get fuel all the way to the engine, and leaks at full boost, just enough to not provide what´s needed at high rpm?

One of the dutch guys had that, but the crack was so big it did not turn over at all.
Maybe keep as a last resort, as it´s a nasty job to check.
Did you try that little squirty thing on the fuel pipe to see what pressure you have when it tries to start so bad?

On your intake fuel pipe just on the rail you have a small black cap you can unscrew.
Then you can press the inside to see if you have fuel pressure.

There is during priming, cranking and running. But as soon as you stop the pressure drops to zero. That seems to be normal for the Walbro pump though. On your intake fuel pipe just on the rail you have a small black cap you can unscrew. Then you can press the inside to see if you have fuel pressure.

Well, since you put that walbro in during the conversion, I assume you enlarged the inspection hole, so having a look at it will not hurt.
When you press the fuel pump housing in, I noticed the little plastic hose coming very close to a sharp plastic edge.
Especially if you had to press hard to get it back in, you may have hurt something.
Like i said, If all fails, have a look at it, as the 470 injectors should be more then up to the job.

Unfortunately not as a 60l pro alloy tank went in at the same time.Well, since you put that walbro in during the conversion, I assume you enlarged the inspection hole, so having a look at it will not hurt.

If nobody comes up with an alternative plan of action, I would suggest to get your dremel out and have a look.
