Got a Europa blue VXT myself, definitely wasn't an NA only colour ;)

Correct and the Europa has a more purple hue than Coral blue, just a touch lighter in colour overall. Had a Coral hardtop on my Europa for a small period of time.

Europa's an awesome colour really, looks great in any lighting. Vauxhall were spot on with it when they made it

I was thinking this when walking towards the car today; Europa is a fantastic colour - when clean!

Hi Buchos. I've always thought mine was coral blue until last week when I was corrected. It turns out mines Europa blue just like yours. Best colour if you ask me? Your looks bloody immaculate! Enjoy. Jon

Nah it can still look fantastic even when dirty in my opinion :) not cleaned it in months (naughty me) and took it to work today which I also rarely do but looking at it through the window covered in dust and road grime under a grey sky the europa still looked awesome.

Buchos is a great example of how a clean one can look thumbsup

Not sure if anyone noticed the insignia wheel centres with the new griffin... ...decided not to totally de-vaux this car as they're becoming a rare and sought after car in standard(ish) trim regardless of badge nowadays. Posted Image

A few pics of my car accompanied by my good friends race car from the weekend. Sunday morning we had a Cars and Coffee meet, then lunchtime a free BBQ and car show then a track day....proper Sunday :)

The VXT he races is liveried with his website www.in2motorsport.com , the graphics are based loosely on a Gumpert Apollo race car I'd seen a few years back.

Hi Buchos, what wax / polish are you using? You seem to have brought out the purple more than I have in mine? It really looks stunning and like I said better than the coral blue. Kind regards, Jon

Its one of the Meguires Carnauba waxes, seems good as the car does have various cracks and scores like any other. The purplish hue seems to like light from a sun low in the sky though..... or my iphone camera is buggered :)

That wax seems to have brought that paint out lovely. I love my Europa blue vx when I can be arsed to clean it. Ive never got it anywhere close to looking as good as this though.

Can I ask did you remove the mesh to paint it or did you mask it off?

Masked it and applied a gloss black engine enamel with a small brush, took ten minutes, looks great.

Think I might try the same thing. I feel inspired to go give the car a clean.......at some point :P

Poorboys Black Hole Glaze to fill in the scratches followed by Poorboys Nattys Blue Paste Wax works wonders on darker colours.

I tend to favour the Prima amigo as a filler. Bit more faff to apply but seems to last really well.
