Assuming it's still the same as these pictures how many fence panels did they manage to take out?!
Can't see any obvious reason in the surroundings for a crash to take place there was anyone else involved?
I would say 3 looking at the pictures/street view.

Odd that the story makes more of a point of the people sitting in their garden being OK, barely mentions the two people who just flipped a car down the road.
