Ive just had 2 sets of OZ SuperT's refurbed by these guys in Swindon and am really pleased with the results and the service they offer.  I dropped them off a couple of weeks ago and we talked about the options and the process they go through.  They are done in about 3-4 days, 2 of my wheels needed straightening so they did that too.  I think the price is very good, its currently £56+VAT per wheel for the refurb, the straightening is £13+VAT per wheel.

I will use them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to get wheels refurbed - they do a quality job Think the tyres need some TLC now!

The process from their website

When alloy wheels arrive into the workshop tyres and centre caps are removed.

Wheels are checked on a wheel balancer for any buckles or cracks.

All wheels are individually stamped for identification

Weights and valves are removed.

Customers are advised of any buckles or cracks and if their tyres are not road legal

All wheels are chemically stripped, this removes the paint off the alloys and takes a number of hours.

When this stage is complete, the wheels are washed clean and then taken to be shot blasted.

Alloys that need to be straightened or welded are done at this stage.

Preparation of the surface is completed and wheels are then taken to the spray room.

Wheels are placed into a powder coating booth for powder coating.

The wheels are then powder lacquered and fully cured in the oven.

The wheels are then cooled.

New rubber valves are put in the wheels and tyres fitted to those that are required.

Wheels that have metal valves and sensors will also be placed on at this stage.

All wheels with tyres are then balanced with stick on weights and centre caps replaced.

The alloys are then fitted back onto the vehicle if left with us.

Yep I used them when they were Lepsons. Always had good results. Think JG has used them as well.
