Elise parts toe links with phoenix motorsport brace bar. Outer joint bolt.

My Elise Parts outer joint bolt snapped at Snetterton a month ago. Mind you it was probably something to do with modifying the entire nearside bodywork of an RS Focus with my back wheel as I went up the inside approaching and into a corner!!  :o

Been fiine in my experience, only time I've had a bolt snap is when the wheel has hit something. But we do check and retorque before every race

I think best to check bolts for any signs of bending

What is the spec on the EliseParts outer joint bolt ? size/grade

Also how long had the kit been on the car ?
