I not too bad to be honest, just glad it wasn't the Noble. Nearly tool that on track on Monday! It's what I bought the vx for.
I'm not sure, going to look at the other side when I can.

Mainly seems to affect cars that are tracked due to the stresses.

That was on brand new 888s so I had upped the grippyness today. I'll be checking them every trackday now and probably buy a box of the bolt and change them regularly.

I assume having grippy tyres makes this problem worse/more common?

Damn, that's a horrible crash, glad you're okay.
I've got Elise Parts toelinks on mine

Yes it puts extra stress on everything. I assume mine had worked very slightly loose then that was enough to put side stress on the bolt which it can't take. I think the bolt is missing though.

It's a bit of a worry because surely on the road if your giving it some beans its possible. Lucky you are ok, I have seen a couple of these videos and they didn't get thrown off so quickly.
It can go either way. as i said before mine snapped as I hit another car with my rear wheel in a corner. I exited the corner and whereas the car didnt feel right it went in a straight line to the next corner however when I went to turn left into the corner the car went straight on (sort of)!! Lots of run off though so I parked up and watched the rest of the race with the marshals.
