Chill have you had a look at the following: https://www.verboom....0515/index.html I am sure Peter has adjusted the throttle map accordingly but it was just a thought.

The good new is I've made progress Not perfect yet but progress has been made

Sounds like a good old fashioned air leak on the inlet side. Is there definitely a good seal between the TB and charger?

Sounds like a good old fashioned air leak on the inlet side. Is there definitely a good seal between the TB and charger?

No air leak captain It's to do with the TB valve position being incorrect

Will be closing it up further as it's not perfect yet But is a lot better No more hunting but does occasionally still stall But not as much as it did previously ( all the time ) lol

No air leak captain
It's to do with the TB valve position being incorrect
Did make a extra gasket to be sure

It is strange how it effects some cars but not all cars

I don't rmemeber offering guarantee :lol: Also if you think about shipping parts that the electronics may break, you will end up never buying anything

 

given every SC'd cars TB have done a trip of the Atlantic by air or sea and failures are relativity low (if any?) I wouldn't consider it an issue. TBs get more of a hammering in a car then a padded box!
