No air leak captain It's to do with the TB valve position being incorrectSounds like a good old fashioned air leak on the inlet side. Is there definitely a good seal between the TB and charger?

I don't rmemeber offering guarantee Also if you think about shipping parts that the electronics may break, you will end up never buying anything
given every SC'd cars TB have done a trip of the Atlantic by air or sea and failures are relativity low (if any?) I wouldn't consider it an issue. TBs get more of a hammering in a car then a padded box!
