out of interest, why are you hand cutting them rather than water cutting? i understand why you did the first lot by hand, but there's clearly demand.

And I don't think you are quite aware of the possible demand that is round the corner.
I reckon you make another 100 and, with appropriate contact with a few organisations, would not have a single one left by Christmas.
