I took a friend out who hadn't been on track before. She said that she was very nervous but I didn't know she would react like this. Don't think she'll be coming out again.

It's a hard balance between showing them what tracking is like and not scaring them off it for life.
But then driving is completely different to being a passenger!
Had my dad out with me at Croft. Asked to go back in after 3 laps but really enjoyed it. (I think)

She had time to wave at the pits during al the screems at around 4 min, so it's probably fine.
