Looks excellent! How thick is the plastic?

Thanks again Buchos for putting that together. Thickness is 3mm, the original was 2.6mm. They are made from the same material, HIPS high impact polystyrene. Purchase details coming soon (probably over the weekend).

Hi guys. Please read this in full, I will also be sending it as a PM to each person on the list.

 

First of all, thank you for being so patient, I know this has been a long time coming.

 

The grilles are now ready to order at £170 + £10 postage and packing. If you are not mainland UK please send me your address and I will quote shipping individually. I will include BACS details in the PM's. In the box is a grille and all neccessary fixings.

 

ETA: The material for 40 grilles will arrive this week. We are hoping to get some out before christmas but in reality most will be dispatched early January with completion by the end of the month. I will post updates as and when I know.

 

IMPORTANT: Both 'Buchos' and I had slight fitting issues with the grille fowling the front clam, although in different places. I am not going to adjust the cut file as it has taken too long to get to this stage. Any adjustments you need to make will be minimal and easily achieved. I used a sanding disk on my dremel. If you are not prepared to make adjustments please do not buy.
