UPDATE:
10 grills assembled and ready to rock (see next post for phone pic). Except the bloody fixings haven't arrived, and its my fault really as i ordered them late, although they were supposed to be here yesterday. They will be away early next week.
As for the next batch, the CNC machine has blown a board. Parts are due in a few days so I am still confident we will complete this month. There are 2 other CNC's but they do not produce as good a finish as the broken machine.
Regards
Philip

Did we ever ask/get an answer on if the vertical and horizontal parts are glued together or if they simply fit snugly enough they didn't need it?

They both fit snugly and are 'glued'. The stuff they use is a thin liquid that they syringe along joins, its very neat and super strong.

Ok, 10 have gone out now and should be recieved tomorrow. I think I may have cocked the order up with who payed first. Apologies for those who don't get theirs, they are coming within the next few weeks.
Those who do recieve theirs please get them fitted and provide feedback if you can.

Mine arrived this morning. It was really well packed and arrived in perfect condition. The grill looks great and the machining is fantastic. I probably won't be fitting mine just yet as I want to wait until I need to take the front clam off as I want to save the original v grill. But I wouldn't mind a reminder of how those fixings work. Fantastic job, well done Philip.
