Arrived this morning and as said a thing of beauty. Top work by those involved!
Test fitted and as Kieran says fits like a glove, which is scary cause nothing is easy on the vx normally.
Kieran how have you fitted it on? 15 mins I'm guessing clam didn't have to come off?

Not made at L___s 😆 Clam will only have to off if you want to keep the Vauxhall V in a usable condition.Arrived this morning and as said a thing of beauty. Top work by those involved! Have you found the fixing kit in the box. Have a look earlier in the thread at buchos post. It is designed to be fitted clam on, just push fixings though grill and then mesh, and tighten screw until fixing holds.

Ah ha! Forgot there was a fixing kit supplied.
Note to Phil or however is packaging, might be worth just taping it to the grill. Such a small bag tends to find its way to the bottom and would be easily missed!
Looks like a job for this weekend as it's set to be dry!

Cool, post some pics when fitted if you can.
The guys had already sealed the boxes when I went to put fixings in so had to pop them open just enough to get the bag in. They will be taped to the grill next time.

I've fitted mine today. Photos will follow soonish. If only the v removal was as easy as fitting the new grille! Looks fantastic! Thanks Philip 👍👍
Good job, I take it the V got butchered lol.
Get some pics up guys

If anybody removes the v in any kind of reusable state (even in a few parts that can be glassed back together) let me know as I cant see me ever getting mine back from MBR, otherwise I'll have to make a new one.

Yeah I took mine off when I replaced the clam, was meant to go back on at MB's but never did. I've drawn up the v shape on some foam core now so just need to cut it up and fit it in place with the grill and decide if I want to make it still.

Mine is going spare. I will have to check its condition, but I had the clam off to remove it so it should be reasonable.

Drop me a pm, providing it isn't in 100's of pieces I'm sure I can put it together.
Didn't get time to fit grill at weekend, putting it off till I sort the V issue out as I might need to take measurements off it still
