turbo plugs have crush washers , the aim is to get a good seal , so hand tight if using a ratchet drive is probably tight , but not FT

Using a torque wrench do up the bolts in a circular pattern until they are all tightened to 90Nm
So if it is a M16 bolt
Use a torque wrench to tighten the M16 nut to 220Nm

Subframe to chassis bolts - Not sure if some earlier cars had M10 Bolts - All the cars i have seen have M12's ! 45nm for m12 would be to low and not provide sufficient stretch to hold the bolt in place these should be 86nm - See extract from lotus elise manual below
Fitting rear subframe When bolting the subframe at each side to the chassis rail rear flange, ensure that the anti-corrosion shim plate is interposed. The lower fixing bolts should be inserted from the rear, using a washer and Nyloc nut inside the chassis extrusion. Apply Permabond A130 (A912E7033V) to the threads of the upper bolts before fitting from the front into the weldnuts in the subframe. Tighten all four bolts to 86 Nm. Continue re-assembly in reverse order to disassembly.

Evening.
Can anyone clarify what the torque settings are for the 4 bolts in each chassis mounted rear lower wishbone bracket (and front gearbox mount... I assume they're the same?).

Definately not the same !!. wishbone mount bolts are m10 as opposed to m8 for the engine/gearbox mount Bolts are 8.8 metric course so If it's not listed anywhere I usually work to 45nm for m10 and 25nm for m8 IMG_8828 (1).jpg

You're absolutely correct (sent an email to Lotus Tech before you replied, and they've just got back to me).
Thanks!
