Thanks...but "yes" they are interchangeable, or "yes" there is more to it??

Almost certainly a stupid question but could those who know please tell me whether I can just buy a hardtop from here and pop it in place of my soft top, or whether there is more to it than the two being interchangeable? Thanks all
Yes

Interchangeable, as long as you have the correct mounting points installed. Early mounts didn't have the lip underneath for the ht to latch onto but can be swapped easily.

Prefect for road, way to soft for track. Go for it.

I run 350/450 on my car and with the dampers backed off is perfect on the road. Here's what my son thought of the ride quality on the motorway:

Haven't checked yet but does the heat assembly for sale include the resistor pack? I have some heat sinked resistors recommended on here that I bought ages ago with a view to fixing my speed 1 once and forever but never got around to fitting them. Plus my hot/cold is a bit stiff due to the lever on the heater assembly so tempted to get a new heater assembly.

I spoke to Graham (website owner). Parts are coming from 3 places in Lotus, 1 department is very quick, others are less so. Lotus Spares, Lotus Production & Lotus Motorsport. Depending where the part is being sold from, will have an impact on shipping. This is also why the half shaft was more expensive than the full drive shaft for example, each price is governed by the department and the finance rules they adhere to.
