I've been searching for a set of spark plugs to replace the original ones. CS sells NGK PTR5A-10 5055 with a single tip which you can adjust the gap between 0,8 and 0,7mm , but some people say it makes their engine run bad. http://www.courtenay...e/prod_402.html In the ngk website if you select vx220 2.2 they say the correct spark plug is this triple LTR6B-10T with a 1mm gap http://www.ngk.de/nc...TR6B-10T/15888/ A lot of people uses standard plugs and say they get great engine response and no knocking or misfire. http://www.autovaux....e-vauxhall.aspx Has anyone tried all of them? What should I buy? Price is very similar... I'm not thinking about supercharging any time soon, I have a cold air intake and a VSE with precat removed and going to install a 2.4 manifold if I can find one at a decent price. Thanks for your help!

So, no one has nothing to add? Should I just get OEM plugs?

Thought single electrode plugs regapped to 0.8mm are only used on sc cars, NGK triple plugs are fine, just wondered where you get the cold air from in Portugal 😃

Yes getting hard to put cold air in the engine with +30°C outside! Specially hot if women keep using skirts that look like large belts :P Going to put those nkg plugs ;) Thanks
