There are worse cars that could be flood damaged as the VX is pretty waterproof. You'd be spending 5k on it to respray, new interior, fix inevitable wiring issues, new tyres. Looks like the rear light is buggered maybe others as well. I would assume its a Cat D so if you bought it for 5k you might break even on it. Not always about the money I know but it would need to be extremely cheap to be worthwhile.

Trying to upload a picture of the front but bloody photobucket is useless. It appears to be parked by a river so presume terrential rain and river overflowed is most likely explanation.Salt water or fresh water?

Gosh, it would be a brave man to take that one on. Water damage could affect all manner of things that are hidden (like the electrics, ECU etc).
