Very good condition

Does not include screws or fittings (you can use what's already on the car I believe)

You'll need a metal strip to mount the c-clips too at the back of the diffuser. The original one slides into the clam at the back - the TAT one sits beneath the clam, hence the clips need to be mounted inside the clam.
