Stand go be corrected on the dyno this week but most of the driving/power issues are mapping related. Not helped by ridiculous intake temps (95deg on the road in the cold and rain). Oil consumption still to be tested, tried a couple of things that we will test next week.

:o   °C or °F? If it's °C, that's crazy, given the weather conditions and the fact it's on the road. Martin has always complained his car runs hot so given there's a new engine in there, there must be a fundamental problem with his external cooling/charge cooling system. Mine sees nothing like that on track, even with a smaller pulley, let alone on the road. Even the coolant temp doesn't get anywhere near that unless I'm sat in traffic.

Maybe the laminova's are clogged up with the missing oil?

They said his chargecooler pump was not working well, but his earlier logs do not show these excessive temperatures (50-60°C on road), so this is probably a problem that has worsened in the last weeks.

Curious to what the RR mapping session brings and if the leaned out AFR's will do anything for his oil consumption.

Yes cc pump looks to be the issue as the temps took a long time to recover as well. However if you just datalogged one rpm sweep then temps would probably look ok.

The logs I speak of were of some road driving in Sept / Oct; showing peaks and recovery temps of the chargecooler system.

Don't know about that. I am hoping to have the power issues solved by Tuesday. Will probably know by then if we have solved the oil use issue. Trying our best
