I think it's worth seeking advice on wether he is liable for the car while its in his custody. I wouldn't take his insurance companies opinion on it.

 

I think it's worth Annie doing what she thinks is best.  Not everyone in this world seeks blame.

 

Im afraid i have to spread bad news. Im sure Dan will read this so i hope he defends himself. As a local lad to where the car was taken i have asked about and I'm afraid I've heard 4 people slag him off and no one stick up for him.

 

Im now at the point (after two separate people asking me) where i have to ask. . . . 

 

Did you ever see the car fully repaired?

Did he repair it or was this an easy way out?

The bad feedback i have received (from two of the owners) were from Westfield owners. Were you recommended him from else where?

 

I was completely believing the fact it was taken by mistake at first but the more people that ask me the more i question it!

Think people should be very careful what they put down on a public forum. Could save a lot of problems Maybe a Mods' mod might be a good idea

If it was stolen and someone finds it, keep it quiet, pm annie and call the police. Don't give them the possibility of a warning.

Two weeks in, and after speaking to the Police again today, it seems there's been no sign of my little black car and I'm no nearer to getting it back.

 

The support office tells me there are 'no outstanding tasks' and no new information.

Gosh Annie That is really really sad news. I just can't imagine how you must be feeling but send all the helpful and caring vibes i can must to try to help.
