You would be best to put up a Group Buy detailing price and options, sizes etc.... sure people would interested.

 

I might be interested in a more custom made one to replace the one I did from Vistaprint 4 years ago, but depends on price.

FYI: The white lettering/flash was the actual cut vinyl sticker itself. The blue'ish background was just the backing paper. Not sure if that was clear to you from the scanned image.
