I would book if i can find track day insurance for me. No one wants to give me a quote😡

  Are you talking about single day insurance?  If so why not get trackdays included on you general car insurance policy?    I am sure http://www.hendersontaylor.co.uk/ will give you a competitive quote including euro track days.
They don't do aboard track cover and that might be a option when I come for renewal. Best so far is £205 for day cover.

48hrs min notice. Trackday must be on approved list of circuits (zandvoort is) and with approved TDO (lotus on track is)

Yep. Interestingly I had a quote from REIS and they wanted 10% of car value as excess on track!
