I'm guessing he had some "cash" banked up in Quidco that he used to pay for the bulk of the room cost. How?! Cost me £184 for a double...2 nights booked in NH Zandvoort - £45 total price

I enjoyed Amsterdam, we did a boat cruise which was well worth it and the tourist info guy outside the station was brilliant for getting the low down on Al the attractions. The only bad thing was all the cyclists who seem to have priority over everything, there didn't seem to be any obvious rules for them. We ende up have a fantastic Chinese here http://www.seapalace.nl
You had to mention a boat cruise !!

Thinking loud about this 2016 gathering of power hungry VX-ers, is it an idea to arrange a mobile rolling road in Zandvoort? (afterparty >17:00h? )
There is a Dutch firm not too far from Zandvoort that has one and travels to car meetings => http://www.erikbotman.nl/
http://www.erikbotman.nl/pag5.htm
Than we can finally measure and compare all the different Courtenay, OBD and LSJ set-ups...
(no idea on accuracyof that thing, but that doesn't really matter as we're just comparing graphs on the same RR.)

Probably not as easy for you local guys who are planning to be working but wouldn't it make more sense to do this on the Thursday afternoon/evening? Even a handful of cars is going to take quite a while to dyno and that's eating into precious post-trackday recovery (well, okay, drinking) time on the Friday.Thinking loud about this 2016 gathering of power hungry VX-ers, is it an idea to arrange a mobile rolling road in Zandvoort? I'll mail the guy if something is possible and what about costs, but off course you also need a place to park that thing (and a bunch of cars) and where you are allowed to make some noise too...
I'm all in for the thursday or Saturday, but I think the Friday afternoon on the parking/paddock of CPZ would make things a lot easier for the above.
(LOT ends 17:00h and normally the track stays open for others till 19:00h.
We'll see...

Yeah, off course we need an OK from CPZ to put this onto the inner parking space before anything is booked.
We'll see and for now just gauging interest.

Just back from a few days in Brugge (strangely met coco pops there as he was in the same place same time!) which is why I was suggesting Ghent, but Brugge is equally fine with me (found a good little bar which has its own 11% beer) . Plenty of time to sort this one out.
