Any suggestions on what bits I can put on my Christmas list? I plan on having the suspension stripped and painted in a couple of months - to reduce the impending financial pain I am wondering if there are any bits I can put on my Christmas list to put aside.
I already have a steering rack ready to refurb, and a MBR 1" ARB on the way. I have some pretty new nitrons on the car so that's is sorted. Any other suggestions?

Thanks, I was thinking about that - I have wider tyres, and will finally look in to some track days this year... so probably a wise investment. Shame nothing can ever be cheap for these cars!!Elise parts uprated toe link kit

It's definitely a worth while investment. I've got it on mine. You replacing bushes for OEM or poly bush? I got advised OEM but went poly bush just because

Not sure yet, was thinking OEM just because I do use the car mainly on the road and thought it might be moe forgiving on the vibrations. I polybushed a stag once and found it quite hard.

I've not really driven mine since doing it to notice any differences. and I barely drive it anyway so probably would never notice a difference!

I didn't see the tool to remove your ball joints, which inserts the new ball joint? Great tool!!! Plus Duralac!

my shocks were well past there best and leaking when my car was at 65k miles. The wishbones on my car look like they need a really good clean up as well.

Be prepared to add things you didn't envisage doing. Mine rapidly went 'while I'm there' and had things added. Still happy with it though.

It is great. I'd recommend new lock tab washers too though. Check it has 10.9 HCB's and get the castor shims. You might want new abs brackets and camber shims too.
