If build # is the same as VIN number then I am 3817. Looks as if it was blank previously. Please let me know if I have misunderstood the reference. I bought the car on 28 04 18. Previous owner not an owner's club member. I am 8th owner so a previous owners may have been members.
Current reg is C4 DBT but on retention. Reg will change back to KY53 GDO shortly. Current mileage is 43,403.

Cheers for the info Roy, what colour is it so I can update the list fully. The Build number is the last 4 digits of the VIN. Hope your enjoying your purchase.

Hi GiGo,
the car is silver with a black soft top. Per the V5 it is sliverblack. I am loving it...should have bought one years ago. But better late than never!

Pm’d mate, it’s definitely a VXT sadly not a VXR. Bought from jonnyboy, but I believe the own before was Sarah_Casper

Haha, no problem. It's been unused in a garage for 6 years. Now getting it back on the road, and hopefully picking up this weekend with stage 4 goodness.

Doesn't look as if mine has been registered, although it has been mentioned on one of the fora (when a previous owner was trying to work out the colour - turns out to be unique from the factory for an exhibition) if I've understood the VIN number/build number point properly. Please let me know if I've misunderstood. .

There is a couple of pictures there.
The code shown on the door is 2LU (British Racing Green) but unless BRG has changed a lot since my old days this isn't it, being metallic rather than solid. It is also quite a lot darker than the Le Mans Green I've seen elsewhere. I think a paint matcher came up with the Epsom Green, which does appear to be a spot on match. (Another picture on the linked thread, and also I've looked at it against the 'touch up' colours).

I like it! I appreciate that green can be divisive. I reckon it works on the VX (although bizarrely doesn't suit the Elise at all).
Mind you, I prefer the styling of the VX anyway, probably a less controversial statement here than in other places!
