I also think the two tone bonnet is better, but still think it needs meshing.

Clearly I am becoming very out of the loop, as I could have sworn mine was a single colour. It did have a complete respray several times by Vauxhall following and agreed warranty claim over osmosis on the rear clam...
But it may well be that my memories are failing me fast.

yea I did wonder the same and agree, not really used Matt or satin lacquers before. Asked my paint supplier about them and he was not overly complimentary about them so stuck with gloss.
diffuser in primer, and inside of hardtop in background painted
wheels primed
wheels then got rubbed down and painted with basecoat
I think you should have used a matt lacquer... As that wheel looks absolutely filthy good.

I know wot u mean never had a problem before to be honest! ! if it does appear a problem then I will just repaint them, Sure I will end up kerbing them anyway! LolAlso, hope you don't mind, but don't you worry that when the tyres need changing that a different tyre may expose the rim enough to see the white undercolour?

I think a well done Ducktail spoiler would look awesome on a wide-arched Vx, even moreso if you had a coupe panel

any examples of spoilers that people think would suit would be great, i have painted the exige spoiler so can go on but at the min holes are smoothed over

diffuser on, exhaust on, with tail pipes painted satin black, new nuber plate on, diffuser on, turbo spoiler on, hard top and boot only rested on for now
really pleased with how rear lights have cleaned up

i then meshed the small vent below the turbo ear
i was not to sure wot people did with there looved vents in bonnet but i thought maybe it could do with meshing also
hopefully on tuesday i will get down there again and get these final bits back on and put it down on the ground, inside looks a right mess as does engine bay at the min, so lots more things to do but getting there
