I remember this car from its previous owner. I have to congratulate you on this transformation. You have some skills man! What a great colour and amazing attention to detail. Can't wait to see this finished project one day. Nice work 👍 Jon

I think a well done Ducktail spoiler would look awesome on a wide-arched Vx, even moreso if you had a coupe panel :)

any examples of spoilers that people think would suit would be great, i have painted the exige spoiler so can go on but at the min holes are smoothed over

I won't start filling the thread with images but this link is a good example of which car made me appreciate a classy ducktail spoiler and had made me consider how it would look on a VX:

Granted the Datsun 240z has a different profile to the VX and as I said I think it would work best with a coupe rear however as you can see its very subtle and similar to the standard Turbo spoiler but just adds that nice flare that would work well with the new arches on your car. Of course all of this is just on an aesthetic level rather than for function.

That's one hell of a quick project thread. Absolutely stunning turnaround. What's been the cost? Kept it under budget?

Not sure wot to sell, don't really want to sell this one tho to be honest after all the time I have out in on it, unless someone wants to give me loads of money for it, hahaha

Well biggest costs in the project were clutch and hardtop, without those it would have been done to a fairly low budget really. Just lots and lots of man hours, dread to think how long I have spent. Still lots to finish also

As modified vx's go, that looks great. I'm impressed in your motivation to get it done so quick too.
