Actually , I think I'm gonna change my mind and vote to leave so when in 10 years time this country is still in the crapper and everything is still getting worse I can sit back and say "told you it was a bad idea ", and we'll have no one to blame but ourselves, because let's face it, everyone likes to blame others for the situation there in, oh and I'm 47 by the way so have plenty of experience of how things work, also when I said people over 60 shouldn't be allowed to vote it was meant a bit tongue in cheek but the point is if it does go bad it will happen over time not overnight. Lastly HH my spelling is fine thank you, it's my typing that's crap .

Hi Phil

Crikey, this thread is at risk of becoming as exciting as the "do you believe in God" topic. Or cocopops for sale thread.

Maybe it's just me... but it feels rather uncomfortable to me that politicians are using their air time to lobby for in or out... it's about whether or not the UK remains part of the EU... not about them and their political agenda's

agree 100%..let the common man have the debate..I need/welcome to discuss both sides and listen

...it seems farmers could be hit fairly badly if we come out as there is no guarrentee that the government would provide the subsidies that Brussles gives the...then there is the argument you rarely see a poor farmer

hey ho.

..Ok guys..how would an Out or an IN affect .orgers personally

me.

.In...lose my English identity eventually, the south east gets even more crowded, still get work in Uk but too much paper work and tax in EU

..out..possible exchange rate hit..probably exchange rate increase....slower border controls...still get work in UK...better contracts and conditions from EU.

Probably the most profound and accurate argument just more politicians in line if we stay in

Getting a headache now Anyway need to go and do some work so the ever increasing number of lower percentage unemployed can have a new car / sky tv / free council house that us that actually give a sh*t and and get out of bed should be happy to pay for as it's our privilege to have them here and they are brilliant for the economy if you believe Cameron

What has that to do with the EU? There have been lay abouts since the dawn of time. The figures just don't add up for your assumption that there is a massive increase in those on benefits and theyre all immigrants. It's just utter tosh. Schrodingers Immigrant - Stealing your job whilst also sitting on benefits. Stop watching channel 5.

the south east gets even more crowded

That has zero to do with the EU and everything to do with the UK Government.

Europe is nearer to the South East than lets say Stirling or Glenrothes......I cant see many so called refugees saying lets get a boat or lorry and sail/travel to Scotland..the EU border control is mainly in the South East  for the UK (and it should start at Turkey not at Calais)..

and I bet the queues at Fife Housing are alot less than those at Westminster..

That's up to the UK governemt to manage! Labour found no issue in sending asylum seekers to Glasgow. God forbid the Tories would have to do some actual goverance of the country and not just shocking finance. There are Eastern europeans up here....I don't know any on benefits though...

The Tories continually invest in the South East and were even pondering building a fifth cocking airport. Building housing, infrastructure, negociating business investment location and management of people within the UK is entirely up to the UK government. Remember the northern powerhouse?...you should read up on what has happened since the headlines.... Nothing what so ever to do with French or Germans...

me. .In...lose my English identity eventually, the south east gets even more crowded

What exactly do you mean by 'English identity'? I can only assume you mean 'old white man'. The fact is that this island with its so called moat has been invaded, raped and pillaged more time than any other in the history of the world. Feck knows what everyone finds so alluring about the place, it rains all the time and it's currently winter weather in June on the NE coast. Get a DNA map done. You will find that you're the gang banged bastard son of dozens of countries, probably around 30% of which will be 'English'. It's exactly this sort of ill informed jingoistic bullshit that the bunch of freaks that are behind the brexit campaign are counting on. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
