I've had my 2003 VX 220 for 12 years and joined this site because I'm (very reluctantly) planning to sell it. Placing an ad needs premium membership, but the site doesn't seem to make this easy - I've been going round in circles and have now given up. Perhaps I'm too old for this or possibly the VX gods are telling me to keep it.

 

Anyway, can anyone suggest the best way to get the car valued? Its all in original unmodified condition and would like to sell privately, preferably local (west Wales), but distance is no real object. With the summer coming it should be a good time for me to start advertising - possibly in Pistonheads???

Drop a PM to one of the moderators (JG, Cocopops etc) and they may be able to help with the premium membership stuff. I would also advertise on Pistonheads as they get reasonable traffic and the costs are next to nowt. More details of the car would help a valuation: 1. Age 2. Mileage 3. Service History 4. Pics 5. Modifications

Turboluca seems nearest to you an has had most vxs so probably give you good idea.
