That's one BADASS car you've got there! Really like the oem picture (1st one) Nice standard NA :-) You also do builds for customers?? Only for z22se speedsters??

Hmmm, Salzburger ring.. So I can safely assume the engine is "full trottle proof" then..

(What's your top speed on the straights there?)

@ Tibby; it's a full engine + ecu swap so it doesn't matter much what you start with.

The NA gearbox fits onto the A20NHT, but you might want to look into a version with a longer ratio.

stealthy sneaky "NA"  :)

Exhaust is quite stealthy too because of the enormous absorber silencer :)

Not restrictive (3.5")  and yet not loud at all.

some pics of the exhaust build.

Yep gearbox is to short, I hit the rev limiter in the first half of the long straight at 250 km/h. ECM smoothly takes away boost almost to 0 and I "roll" towards Fahrerlagerkurve with constant 250 kph ;)

M3 chasing me(cold tyres):

Will post an onboard video soon.

Or you can see the car live on 10.06.2016 @ SBR ;)

With baffeled i mean air chambers like the oem backbox. (versus for example a tullett that uses an absorption technology)

This looks absolutely epic.... Looking forward to understanding more, in my head if I go more power this looks like the complete solution I have been waiting for. Can't wait to understand more about how it's done and the cost involved....

Looks like a great job man. Is it a stock setup/turbo? How much boost and hp are you running?

Turbo is the stock twinscroll K04 which is spooling really quick. Almost instantly on full boost when you go near the loud pedal. Running it on 1,9bar / 27 PSI making about 400 bhp. But the really great thing about A20NFT is how it delivers the power... It has 270 Nm of Torque at 1000 RPM. Meaning it has more torque at idle speed than what a Z20LET ever had as a maximum torque. Turbo starts making boost at 1400 RPM plus you get that VVT Cams for low end torque AND high revs power. From 2000 RPM on you get over 500 Nm.

Here's my graph. Is it still controllable for use on the Streets???

Interesting project. what suspension upgrades have you done to compensate for the slicks?

IMO I don't like the rear end look.

One of the main reasons I used the k04 spec tfsi engine and box. Such a more efficient engine in terms of performance and delivery. No need to open engine just bolt on bits to get 400bhp Like the tfsi conversion with such instant response you can pull from 1500rpm in 6th with no drama Great work by the way 😉 DG

Yes - Delco E39A with kopp racing standalone software. Drives very nice an controlable on the Street :) Fuel Consumption when you use the torque low down is 5,0 l/100km which is 47 MPG. Suspension is from Sachs Race Engineering. Very Soft setup, OEM ARB. I like to get myself a little reaction time :) When you make it very hard and stiff the snap oversteer comes way to quick for me.
