Wonder if an Impreza sti water spray tank will fit behind the seats?
They'll be a much more useful size.

As we have to tackle this same issue in the winter tinkering; I was thinking about a narrow/tall low positioned "surge-tank" that connects to the WI pump and then a 2nd big storage container (higher placed) that gravity feeds this surge tank. This way you should have no issues with air in the WI line due to slosh in the big water tank...
Or one baffled big tank in place of the battery and use 1or 2 small race batteries placed flat below there or in that open space behind the footwell...
