If anyone is going to try these things it needs testing before WI is switched on Has anyone tried removing them And of course has anyone got any data from it 😳 By making the holes in the laminovas you will disrupt the flow of air in some places and not others so thing it might be a better idea rather to remove completely Or remove two cores completely and have a single flow The other thing to think about is how your going to use the WI If your going to switch WI off for gentle road driving etc You want the CC in full with all laminovas intact And then you have to think about what happens when WI runs out If anyone's CC pump has failed and drove a m62 car you will know that the heat is through the roof So the cores do a very good job of cooling on there own But like others have said we are pushing there limits by not supplying enough cool water ( small rads ) Or running to much power for them

With these injectors requiring drilling in the manifold, it would be nice if the pioneers could measure exactly where they drill, and what injectors from what kit is used. (To prevent fooked manifolds for the sheople that follow)

I will be getting them as close to laminovas possibly 10-15mm away from them

I have already explained where to put them. There are even photos of the positions, if you don't think I'm right do it your own way. However I see lots of misunderstanding. This is why I encourage people to contact me direct, there are too many variations in engine type, power, intended use or car etc etc. If I start saying use this this and this people are gonna end up with poor performing systems, I don't just come up with this stuff from thin air.

How will opening them pin holes in the end disrupt air flow?

Oh... Why on earth would you do that? That reduces cooling by removing the total surface area.. I think the best mod you can do is regular cleaning.

But surely hotter air is thinner air? :P

Is there a picture of the injector positions somewhere? I haven't seen any though am happy to concede I could well have missed some amongst the carnage that are the various threads on the subject. :s

Where would you put it? You would want at least 4 litres. The washer bottle holds 2.2. unless you use the washer bottle itself but its not really big enough.

Relocate the washer fluid bottle to a smaller one where now the tyre can thingy resides. Once washer bottle removed, it actually creates quite some available and easy to reach space. Key challenge is to find a square container that fit´s snugly, and can hold a liter or 5.

Ah fair comment. But using a square tank on its own would likely see surging issues on track when it gets low. Not a problem if your just using water to cool like i am but could cause serious damage if its tuned to use wi.
