So there you have it!
bit of a crap image so ill see if i can get a better one at some point! building a car is one thing pdf links is another.
first high end power run map shown , will define on the road with the lap top then do another dyno run at some point, and smooth lines out a bit and work on throttle positions ect. as with the remit its about making the car drive able and not for a chart!
Solid lines is 1.65bar boost -
357hp and 271ftlb at the wheels
Depending on losses power is between 410 and 428 engine hp. Torque is between 392 and 409 engine ftlb
Dotted line is spring pressure (0.7bar low boost map) -
270hp and 240ftlb at the wheels
Depending on losses that's between 310 and 325 ending hp.

how much ignition timing , around 10 degrees? Probably plenty more to come.

i have know idea tbf i left the mapping to Matthew Bentley racing ltd , that's matts bag.
i can tell you there's plenty left in the bag but im not bothered about any more as 400 evens was the remit and that's been achieved! i would rather have what i have under less stress than 460hp under stress which is do able with a few map changes.
plenty quick enough and the throttle control is awesome matt has done a superb job with the EMU eco and we have been out with the lap top and smoothed everything out so i have full throttle control around corners.
set the anti lag to 3 seconds , set the rolling anti lag to progressive come brutal! and launch control to 3500rpm
also set up a second map at 300hp+ for the mrs with a 0.9 bar boost at 80% throttle so it doesn't catch her out!
so peace and harmony
see you at rockingham

How does anti lag work with a SC or is it just for fun and and noise? Sent from my cuntyfuckbollock phone by Twatatalk
cant comment re SC cars but i suspect just for noise
on my turbo it keeps it spinning between gear changes which works well!
the rolling anti lag is for being a kid! it does have an advantage in fourth/fifth but 3rd gear the car moves regardless of rev range at a great rate of knots!

I'm a muppet, confused this for a super charger build. Exhilarating, does what its supposed to do! fast smooth no lag! but as always you can make slight changes and the beauty of the EMU ECU is its easy to change! so a lap top change altered the anti lag time to 2 seconds and it just so happens MBR has it in atm to do a few slight non engine changes but at the same time going to add some more grunt top end slight curve change easy enough with the ECU.

sure no problem, have no problem letting anyone see what it does i think its important to know what can be achieved and how easy it can be when you use the right technology instead of trying to fight the system and going against math!

after a few times of gasket blows on the turbo to manifold! decided to cut and welded on a v-band to the exhaust manifold and also v-banded from downpipe to exhaust ! a lot more sensible!
so i decided to make a 3" exhaust system to see if it made any difference what so ever! so made one with a simpson muffler and welded stainless !
cut and angled the T to make a V joint from manifold to external waste gate to make flow better
put it on the dyno! result minimal change if any power coming in 500 rpm earlier! simpson muffler sounds great though!
while on dyno noticed it was sucking in the air cone filter (450hp rating) so removed the filter to see if there was a difference ! there was slight so decided to make a two cone into one pipe to turbo configuration which did the job!
run the car for a few months and then exposed the limits of the pro alloy charger that blew out like a blow fish! so from that point looked into new avenues and went for a PWR charge cooler 650hp ish that fits in the offside side of the car a lot easier and takes up less room and allows more air space for the filter intake!
increase pipework from 55mm to 75mm all round from turbo to charge to intake manifold and this is where the significant increase came from in performance! with out any mapping change just a straight run the gain was 17hp /4 ftlbs
will do a few map mods/boost with matt B and see if further improvements can be made!
next mod is the introduction of traction control as you need to feed the throttle
