very nice Mr JG
Think I would have to change the tail pipe for twin round, the colour to blue and the wheels to silver, then it would be perfect

To some extent I agree with you. The vx is better proportioned and certainly better looking from some angle (and worse from others) There is a step up in quality over a vx, a multi cylinder which despite not being the most charismatic is still about 100 times more so than either vx engine. It's stuffed full of electronics which are pretty clever (digital exige, analogue vx). A vx was about £20-25k, a premium of about the same again for the exige is just about justifiable in my view, especially as we're 12 years later. Not gonna lie, I think they are fucking ugly. Not being a bitch, I just think they are too big, and the proportions are all wrong. Followed one round Hethel and it was the same in a straight line as my stage 2 SC. And slower in the corners although he did say it was still quite new. Ex VX owner too. And way too expensive. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I'd have probably gone Autumn bronze given the choice, but then would have regretted not having black (black also helps with the slightly odd proportions of the cabin by integrating the engine cover to the body work better with the same colour)very nice Mr JG

It's a shame the Exige platform didn't live up to expectations as a more flexible replacement for the Elise tub, I suspect many of the proportions are fixed by this (for example, rear looks huge because the doors or side windows can't be lengthened).

Nope, No Exige v6 for me.... 400 on order. Having shown the wife the benefit of 2+2, I wouldn't get a 2 seater past management. The kids love using the fun car too.Don't tell Lee but Paul o has just put up his yellow v6 exige for sale http://forums.seloc....e=25#pid7267138
