To be honest before you mentioned it I had forgot about it. Your can't see or feel it unless you really scrutinise because aliphatic resin works very well on leather and can make almost seamless joins.Great thread, i definitely don't have the patience to do this, fairplay to you. Only criticism would be the small bodge of leather where you cut it too short. That would nag on my ocd - I'd have to have taken it off and redone it

Had mine done by Jak, £125, took about a week. i had Black alcantara with a red centre marker added. It wasn't exchanged over for a different wheel, it was definitely my one sent back to me. Great service and holding up very well so far!
Admire the patience Gaffer, epic work!
Agree on both fronts, wish i could do what Gaffer has done, but if you cant another recommend for Jack Royal, had two wheels done by him now and very pleased both times on all fronts, quality, cost and time scale.

Looks great in the photos, you must be very pleased.
Would you do another or do you never want to see a needle and thread again?

PS - Gaffer has really muscle-y arms but really bad socks.
Exactly the opposite of the car's previous owner, oddly enough.

Haha, I only own colourful socks! Joey certainly spend £££'s on this car, I keep finding upgraded parts on it. It's just in knackered 15 year old condition now, . I want the interior to be like new. One thing at a time. Next up, fix the roof.PS - Gaffer has really muscle-y arms but really bad socks. Exactly the opposite of the car's previous owner, oddly enough.
