I can't remember but during sign in at the Mickeys cafe/bar , where the coffees included free , I think it was only first thing.

Coffee is free all day, if you show your drivers wristband.

I asked Paul about the coffee and usual soft drinks they have in a garage somewhere and iirc it was free during sign on, but not after as far as I know.
His reply
***** "Theres a restaurant upstairs – was open on last day we went for lunch only but I don’t ask them to open
I did free coffees last time but im not on Monday – after sign on – so pay in mikeys
I only normally take on frolic or if the circuit don’t offer something." *****
So my conclusion from that is, for people bringing other halfs, or friends, with it being a possibly wet day , might have be spending a lot of time inside and pay for drinks.

I will look at weather forecast nearer the time but if it's sh*t rain for 3 days there's a possibility I may not even bother.
Seems to be improving day by day.
I think some showers are inevitable but showing more sun now.
Don't mind showers on an otherwise warm sunny day, its when it rains and its cold and cloudy the circuit never dries (a la Spa 2015!).

VX has what sounds like turbo CHRA failure , noticed puffs of oil smoke coming from I think beneath (possibly the drain or feed), plus a nasty scrape type noise which gradually slowed even after engine had stopped. Plus there is a vacuum leak on the recirc valve.
If its not oil problem, then its very odd , as only running turbo at 8-9 psi, it will have to go back to turbo dynamics for a service.
So the Toyota will come over for the social instead, just need to swap over the details for the ferry.

Yep, I had some doubts about oil feed pipe, the french mechanic fitted, so at the moment any oil smoke is making me nervous and I don't want to risk it. I will have a new VXR oil feed and turbo banjo pipe to go on, there is the old faithful VXR turbo I could rebuild and refit which has done moon miles.

Just bought a euromillions ticket , just to tempt fate.

Put a diffuser back on Steve, to prevent crap flying all over the place and killing another turbo.
