The price of these has gone silly, I can't find any for less that £100 each so I'm guessing there may be interest in a group buy...

You know what to do:

2. Foxy jr - L+R

Neither, waist line seals are the seals between door and glass.

Not interested as I got some new ones a while ago but at £100 each sounds a pretty good deal!  Spent a lot more than that when I got these seals and some some other rubber bits from Lotus!

The price of these has more than doubled since I purchased one in May from DeRoure for £46!

Could do with the front and rear seals as well TBH Simon.....! The new (old) plastic car is turning into a right money pit, wasn't like this in the old days when they were a year old!

Sure I found some you can buy by the meter when I was looking into a self build, but it's double sided and sticks to the top of the door rather than pushing into a slot on the inside ......... but where the hell was it ? Sent from my SM-G903F using Tapatalk

I'd possibly be interested in that if it doesn't look to out of place. Have to say does sound a bit Heath Robinson!

I've used different manufacturer seals from mainstream cars on some of my other projects. As such it looks factory in appearance.

It sounds awful! Need to see a pic. So, not much interest in a group buy it seems.

I did a group buy on these a fair while ago.  You can use the elise seal and just cut off the inner bit.  IIRC they weren't too dear.

That's what I thought too, but the Elise seals have more than doubled in price since this past summer!

I'm in need of these. One side I've got but other I can't. As others have said, nla from Vauxhall and back order from lotus for the Elise ones. I'd be in whether it's group or individual buy frankly. At this rate I'm going to have to wait for the winter cull for someone to bin a nearly new Elise... Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
