this is the end in 2016. I know there are some 20-30 Ponies left. But as there is no headwork and only stage 1 cams - maybe thats the explanation.

B207r with oem internals, TTV lightened flywheel and balancer delete, external trigger, Sachs organic clutch, 3" full Tullet, Siemens 630 injektors, Dbilas valve springs, ZZP Stage 1 cams, Dutch ECU software and Harrop charger
That looks a bit low for your specs, but at least you do not have the typical dip around 6.8K rpm...
(is your weight correct? 950kg seems a bit low for a Harrop Speedster + driver +fuel...)
With your cams, valve springs and injectors you could safely run that to 8K. We have the limiter now set @ 7.8Krpm with the same DBilas springs.
Can you post the OBD file of that run? Curious to your ignition settings.

Due to the shorter crank throw, your piston speed is a lot lower than a Z22SE engine. Your B207 running @7700rpm will have the same mean piston speed as a 2.2 engine running 7000 rpm. And a lot of SC-2.2's run that all day long.

Alos look into a flowed head, as that will be a major restriction for your max power.

Headwork will be fine. Will see what Wi makes to the HP. We should not forget the weak Saab OEM Pistons.
