I will miss the car I've spent most time playing with on track :( But the Lo, Lot, Lotu........nope can't say it yet, but your new car is awesome, enjoy :) Edit to add it's was also the nicest car I've ever driven on track.

Vinnie will be missed, The moment I met old Vinnie I started going out as passenger on track 14years ago & telling Dad to put the roof down in the middle of winter and to go faster! Also the good old days when we would have the roof down and it would start raining then timing our self's putting the roof back on...

Bye Vinnie :( Hello Lotuuuuuu lott lot no cant say it either Dave.

Of course though at present I think I will be slower than in my vx. Pembrey was also a good na circuit I thought so will even less suit the Exige.

The day you leave a perfectly good vx in the garage... for a vx national is the day you should sell it!

Think if I did more than 1-2k miles a year I'd be another moving to the dark side, just can't justify the price difference even at low £40k for such little use it would have. Will continue to keep my eye on the market, doubt they will drop much below than £35k mark though.

Thanks Pete that will be much appreciated, it will be hard for me to sneak out on track without my usual sparing partners spotting the large bright red thing!

Done a few hundred miles so far, feelings so far is that it is like a grown up vx, suspension feels good, gears feel goo, front ends needs some tightening up which a geo should do, and most frustratingly, Exiges do not blip, it is almost impossible to be able to blip as you go down the gears, it alos feels like its revving higher than it is so even when in sixth, I keep feeling I should change up a gear on the motorway.

At this time though the weathers been so bad I've only hit the top revs twice, so lots of learning to do.
