A Rx 8 also ended in a lot of swearing

Cheers although it was a strange one really as it all came down to one run in the end as the track was drying so quickly. It didn't help that it was half dry half wet.

I was pissed off as I got beaten by a bloody mini GP, (racing driver excuse was that he had a re run after a red flag and the circuit was dryer) I was on completely the wrong line though.

Chilli was pissed off as he had buggered the back half of his lap.

Joe was really really pissed off as he had a slight off on his last run.

Still a great laugh though I would imagine every event would feel the same....

It was a real challenge in the wet though all the .org crew really enjoyed it (some didn't lol and went home) that said I would love to try it in the dry when its less of a lottery.

You should give it a try.

I think i got the most and most importantly class win out of my run Yeah it would of been nice to take vx crown but like Elliott said it was about being on the track at the correct time It certainly added a other element to sprinting rather than just balls out stuff

I think you both did really well. Elliot just did epic! Really proved that stage 2 with the right driver is an awesome car It shows how much me, chill and plenty of others need to improve as drivers

It is a expensive experience £40 odd per lap I only think its viable if you do the trackday before and make a weekend out of it imo

At £40 per lap for the sprint, it has to be worth getting a track day in the day before where possible otherwise youre wasting sprint laps diailing into the circuit.

My race at Oulton works out at about £14 a lap.

Expensive business.

Yes indeed it makes a nice change from track days occasionally and its the closest I'm going to get to some competition at the moment.

I would love it if they had a round at either Brands, Silverstone, Donnington, Rockingham or Oulton where you can get a longer lap.... instead of 3 Sisters, Kendrew Barracks and Blyton Park.

I have absolutely no interest in those rounds whatsoever.

Great drive there from Elliot probably worse to do a half dry/wet lap than a full wet as it's easy to run out of grip. Good reactions and knowing how to handle the car made that time. Chill I wouldn't be too peed of with the Mini they are capable cars and far far easier to drive in the wet than a vx.

Looking at time attack they have some great rounds, is there any reason we wouldn't have a go at a few rounds there?

Looking at time attack they have some great rounds, is there any reason we wouldn't have a go at a few rounds there? Don't need a roll cage Pirelli Trofeo tyres are doable Don't need a race licence Does anyone know how it works?
