Not impressed - quoted 1 - 2 weeks for one shock rebuild. Took nearly 3. Now I have to ring up to pay before they send it back but it's Friday, they are shut and I'm now away for 2 weeks. Might get th car back on the road 6 weeks on!

Thought nitron customer service was shocking and I don't mind telling anyone who wants to know. For that reason only I wished I'd not upgraded and stayed with Gaz

Sart of the racing season, all these places will be busy... But not the first time I've heard of slow service

And these sort of places tend to prioritise jobs that come in through their dealers/sellers
