I want to get mine repaired but don't want down time on the car while it's sent away. If it doesn't work that's still ok.

I may have misunderstood, but you can still use the car with the CDL disconnected, and if like on mine the door locks are blanked off, you can take the little metal disc blank off, lube up the lock and just lock it with the key until it is fixed.

I may have misunderstood, but you can still use the car with the CDL disconnected, and if like on mine the door locks are blanked off, you can take the little metal disc blank off, lube up the lock and just lock it with the key until it is fixed.

Anyway, now kindly sourced from The Batman. Very nice of him considering his recent death.
