[VX DAVE]

So, In July 2017, I had a moment of madness and, well I bought this

[color=rgb(29,33,41);font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;]All the body and suspension was removed for a complete overhaul. [/color]

[color=rgb(29,33,41);font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;]The suspension bushes were replaced, suspension arms painted[/color]

[color=rgb(29,33,41);font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;]Gaz coilover suspension [/color]

[color=rgb(29,33,41);font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;]Team Dynamics 1.2's[/color]

[color=rgb(29,33,41);font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;]Carbon Fibre seats[/color]

 

[color=rgb(29,33,41);font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;]The car was then sent away to Top Marques Refinishing in Tarleton, Preston, where it was finished in Lamborghini Ithaca Verde Green.[/color]

 

[color=rgb(29,33,41);font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;]The VX then didn't really get much use, from 2009 up to the beginning of 2017 spending most of its time in a garage.[/color]

[color=rgb(29,33,41);font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;]Fully serviced the car, replaced the Cambelt and water pump, both front tyres[/color]

[color=rgb(29,33,41);font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;]Interior re-trimmed[/color]

[color=rgb(29,33,41);font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;]fitted a 3" turbo back exhaust system[/color]

[color=rgb(29,33,41);font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;]3" air intake pipe & RAM air filter [/color]

[color=rgb(29,33,41);font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;]VXR 80mm MAF[/color]

 

[color=rgb(29,33,41);font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;]then rolling road mapping @ RND Motorsport in York, They quote the car produced 230 bhp, a nice increase over standard power.[/color]

 

Then as I say, I bought her in July 2017 and the mileage had just about got to 22,000

 

Here's some of the spec:

-Gaz coilover suspension.

-Team Dynamics 1.2 wheels 17" rear fitted with Toyo R888s and 16" fronts fitted with Federal RSRs.

-Carbon Fibre seats.

-Exige GT4 rear wing.

-3" Turbo back Exhaust.

-3" Intake pipe with VXR MAF and Ram Air filter.

-Factory AP racing brakes with Mintex Racing brake pads.

-MMG rear diffuser.

-Full interior retrimmed in alacantara and leather with green stitch.

-Removable roll up soft top with original bag.

-Engine oil temp and boost gauges.

-RND Motorsport remap 230 bhp / 234 ft/lb

 

£12,750.    I felt I got a good deal,  I don't think I would have found another low mileage VXT for this kind of money

 

I paid for 2 independent reports and the car was as good as it sounded, insurance reports from 2009 were the same as advertised.
