connect K18 relay pin 3 ( ie. the switched output ) RED BLUE wire , and connect it to the K16 pin 3 switched input,  *thick 2mm** WHITE VIOLET wire , not the thinner wire of same colour on same relay

 

you might get simpler results connecting RED BLUE to the switched output on K16 BROWN GREY  if you suspect the relay K16 operation

 

this will provide 12 volts to the fuel pump and fuel injectors , ** but this is not a permanent solution **

Siztenboots , first option did not work just double check k18 red/blue thick wire connected to k16 White/violet thick wire ?! That is to eliminate if FUEL CUT OFF is faulty right ? Second option to eliminate fuel pump relay , so k16 red/blue thin wire connected to brown/grey wire .... BINGO !!!!! fuel pump starts pumping ! Verdict - needs new fuel pump relay , or there something else could be wrong ?!

Johnboyhgt - FUEL CUT OFF SWITH has 3 wires , thick violet , thick white/violet , and thin wire which 2 wires I have to connect ?

Fuel pump relay was playing up , and ecu had a bad ground , car starts and run now , but rough .

Going to fit my old ecu kit  , and see how its run then .

Thanks Jonh , I can say Old Ecu definitely not working .
